The jacuzzi was amazing, but the water pressure in my room was weak.

nice amenities but disappointing hot water

The spacious hot tub in my room was a highlight of my stay. The staff displayed great kindness and attentiveness during my time there. I enjoyed the beautiful city view from my room, especially at sunset.

Unfortunately, the hot water did not work, quite a letdown for me.

i had a wonderful stay at this hotel, enjoying the spacious jacuzzi in my room and the friendly staff who were always eager to help, and i particularly appreciated how close i was to interesting sites like the ciudadela de mauk'allaqta, just a short stroll away, and the delicious local dining options like asu mare ceviches y criollos within a quick walk, making it easy to enjoy the city's charm.

I had a health-focused stay that included enjoying the spa, where I booked a massage that helped me relax after a day of exploration. The staff always spoke English, Spanish, and Portuguese. I appreciated the free WiFi for planning my adventures.

The breakfast options felt limited for my taste, disappointing. The pool area wasn't in good condition, which affected my expectations.

The staff treated me with such kindness, always quick to assist. I also loved my spacious room with a cozy bed and the lovely jacuzzi bath, made my evenings relaxing.

It seemed half empty, and its limited hours curtailed our enjoyment.
